Each dumpling is hand-folded in our kitchen and gently steamed to order, producing a thin, tender wrapper around a deeply seasoned filling. Whether you choose our Vegetable Momos or Chicken Momos, every plate is served piping hot with a side of our regular tomato-sesame chutney or spicy chilli chutney.

Fresh Dough, House-Made Chutneys

Our dough is rolled fresh, and the fillings are seasoned with ginger, garlic, cilantro, scallions, and traditional Nepalese spices. Vegetable Momos are filled with finely chopped cabbage, onion, and spices; Chicken Momos use freshly minced chicken. Both are steamed - never fried - so the flavour stays clean and aromatic.
