Samosas are a classic Indian starter and one of the most-loved openers at Spices. Each samosa is hand-folded with a flaky golden pastry and stuffed with a fragrant filling of potatoes, green peas, cumin, coriander, and garam masala. They are fried to order until crisp on the outside and steaming on the inside.
Made with hand-rolled pastry, fresh potatoes, green peas, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and a hint of ginger. Served with house-made tamarind and mint-coriander chutneys. Vegetarian-friendly.
Samosas are the perfect way to start any meal - pair with Chana Masala for a classic chaat-style snack, or order a platter for catering at family events and office lunches across Calgary and Okotoks.
